Living in Noho in around Gough Street
2020-11-25
The first time I was aware of the name Noho was seeing it written down in an advertisement for a flat to rent. I thought, oh this must be a typo and they meant to write Soho. Glad to have got that cleared up.

This neighbourhood stretches along the western coast of Hong Kong Island and is famous for its sunsets and the stunning views of the Lamma channel and out to the South China Seas. It starts at the campus of Hong Kong University at the extreme western end of the Mid Levels and extends all the way to Cyberport. Unlike the southern part of Hong Kong, this western coastline does not have any beaches. The land is elevated and offers unobstructed views.
Hong Kong Luxury Living
2020-11-01
Hong Kong is certainly the “Queen City” of luxury real estate, having overtaken both London and New York as the top place (and the most expensive) in the world for luxury homes.   From its humble beginnings as Victoria City, Hong Kong Island always had a great divide between the haves and have nots. Areas where local Chinese were banned from residing, that were the privilege of foreigners, are still some of the most expensive areas to live in today. Although anyone can live here now, there is still a divide between those with billions and those with far less. So, let’s take a look at some of these areas where, if your pockets are deep enough, you can find luxury to buy much more than million dollar mansions for sale.
