Living in The Arch at Tsim Sha Sui Elements

The Arch is one of the most impressive and recognized buildings that dominate the Victoria Harbor waterfront on the Kowloon side. There are many reasons why this development is so highly regarded and sought out by Hong Kong discerning buyers and renters alike. The views are phenomenal from every point whether looking on or out of the building. The striking architectural design gives The Arch the looks of an imposing sentinel, guarding over the Tsim Sha Tsui entrance, standing on fierce strong legs and joined at the top levels. Not only does The Arch stand out, this luxury estate is located in one of the most incredibly desirable locations and offers residents a lifestyle that is hard to find in such close quarters and in the hub of Hong Kong.

Guide to Spacious Living in Hong Kong
2020-09-23
Size really does matter in Hong Kong real estate. Unlike many countries where advantages such as waterfront, top floor, amazing renovations, best street, upmarket suburb, etc. can add significant value to the property, in Hong Kong, it’s all about the square foot and then the views. (With the right views in a crowded city, especially if they are of the skyline and harbour, then you can expect to pay around 30% more).
Living in the Mid Levels - Interview with Sonia Cheng-Cook
2020-09-21
Around Mid Levels West (MLW), there is a large concentration of expats, particularly as you go up to Conduit and Robinson Roads. There are more families with younger children on Robinson and Conduit Roads as there are some larger estates with more room and really good on-site facilities. Caine Road tends to draw more locals with younger families as there are a number of local kindergartens in the area.  Cain Road is also very popular amongst the younger, single expats being so close to everything. There are a selection of newish ultra modern apartment complexes that offer resort style pools and fitness centres which cater well to this group.
