Novum West

Novum West is one of the newest project in Henderson Land’s “The H Collection” series. It is a rebuilt project from Western Court in Sai Ying Pun, providing 645 studio to 4-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 174 to 1,258 square feet. Novum West locates near HKU MTR Station. The developer said Novum West would ‘target at the educational development of residents’ next generation, as the estate is located near The University of Hong Kong and also the school net of some famous primary and secondary schools in town.
