There are currently five buildings on the artificial platform. The building is 20 stories high. There is a private housing clubhouse. It is located on the mountainside behind the building. It is about 50 meters long, and there is a barbecue on the other mountainside. Realty Garden has estate buses and public light buses to transport residents back and forth between Central and Western District.
